Strong customer service orientation and ability to support a global user base professionally and efficiently
o Ability to load, test, and troubleshoot issues with eLearning Modules (SCORM, AICC)
Experience using ServiceNow or similar ticketing/workflow systems (preferred)
Strong attention to detail and ability to work independently while meeting service level expectations
Ability to support 24X7 customer support
Mandate Skills: corner stone (hands on) + LMS
LMS experience in Life Sciences / Aero industry
o Assigning training
Ability to follow standardized global processes and ensure accurate documentation of work
Professional communication skills, both written and verbal
Familiarity with reporting and analytics tools (e.g., generating LMS reports, dashboard views)
