Provide trouble ticket management, coordination, and resolution as a member of a global AOC/C2 system help desk
System/Equipment Supported. The Contractor shall be responsible for supporting the following equipment, in addition to any equipment added to the AOC baseline or included in variations:
Monitor and control networks, available bandwidth, and hardware/software resources
Install, operate, maintain, administer, and manage AOC Weapons System network infrastructure, data links and systems to ensure services are operational and available with minimal interruption
Work with other unit Network Administrators to ensure standardization among AOCs
Implement and enforce national, DoD, and USAF security policies to protect networks from internal and external threats (including perimeter security system (PSS), boundary security system (BSS), and Information Server Environment (ISSE) guard as required)
Maintain audiovisual processing/distribution equipment and infrastructure
Configure network hardware and software to specifications
Install, configure, upgrade security hardware, and perform security intrusion assessments, in coordination with cybersecurity professionals
Activate circuits, execute end-to-end troubleshooting for circuit and network outages, and coordinate with external entities (such as theater J6s, AOC sites and NOSCs) as required
Provide operational, training, mentoring, and technical assistance for installation, configuration, and maintenance of communications systems and networks supporting the AOC Weapon System
Provide Ryan Center communication infrastructure support
Provide subject matter expertise, when required by the Government, at meetings regarding network administration issues
Analyze, manage, and perform maintenance on Classified and Unclassified unit-controlled networks/network segments IAW DoD, USAF, and SPO policies
Assist with development and evaluation of training plans, and training related to AOC network administration
Provide on-site support to research and development efforts relating to the AOC Weapon System and/or C2 system integration, operation, and testing in support of trouble ticket resolution as well as test and exercise events. Support will be on an ad hoc basis and may require OCONUS/CONUS travel

Highly desired: Bachelor's degree from an accredited institution or a minimum of three (3) years of experience in lieu of a bachelor's degree in network administration positions. At least three (3) years of experience must be on Air Force owned/operated networks
This position requires ability to travel as required
