Techncial Support Engineer - Battery Energy Storage

Description

We’re looking for a hands-on Technical Support Engineer to support residential and commercial energy storage solutions. This role combines technical troubleshooting, solution support for sales, and product training, with exposure to new product development and competitor insights.

• Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure smooth project execution
• Deliver and support residential/commercial energy storage solutions, including resource integration and competitor analysis
• Support the sales team on solution implementation, proposals, and external technical documentation
• Contribute to new product development: product definition, policy/standard interpretation, competitor benchmarking
• Provide remote and on-site technical support, fault diagnosis, and troubleshooting
• Prepare product materials (guides, FAQs, presentations) and deliver technical training

Requirements

• Strong troubleshooting ability (hardware + software), comfortable working on-site when needed
• Solid understanding of BESS systems (battery packs, BMS, PCS/inverters, EMS, communication interfaces)
• Able to deliver clear technical training and communicate confidently with customers (good presentation skills)
• 2+ years in technical support / field service / applications engineering (energy storage, solar, inverters, EV charging, power electronics preferred)
• Background in Electrical / Electronics / Mechatronics / Renewable Energy Engineering (or equivalent experience)
