The NA Product Management role focuses on LED GLI Outdoor Commercial Products—including area lights, wall packs, canopy, garage, PFR, and HLI/GLI poles—with primary ownership of the U.S. and Canada markets and support for the Latin America commercial teams. The position is responsible for strategic planning and implementation across the product life cycle, from new product introduction to product obsolescence, and for developing short‑term and long‑term multi‑generational product development plans, training, and technical support for commercial and marketing teams. It leads and directs cross‑functional teams from commercial, engineering, manufacturing, supply chain, and finance.
The position offers a compensation package that includes base salary, bonus (if eligible), benefits, 401(k) contributions, time off, recognition awards and more, with a salary range of $130,000‑$145,000.
