Building Operations: Ensure a thorough understanding of the assigned property, including building operations, preventative maintenance schedules, energy management systems, and equipment status. Maintain the property's professional appearance in all areas.
Building Maintenance: Maintain the operation of building equipment within design capabilities to achieve proper environmental conditions, optimize performance, and minimize operating costs. Troubleshoot, maintain, and repair all electrical and plumbing systems, basic HVAC equipment issues, and perform basic carpentry and mechanical repairs.
Work Order Management: Manage work and provide status updates through the computerized work order system. Collaborate with the Property Manager and/or Supervisor to resolve problems delaying the completion of work orders.

Experience in electrical, plumbing, or HVAC, required.
5+ years of commercial building maintenance experience, required.
Driver's License and auto insurance, required.
Proficiency in operating a mobile device to access work orders and time clock.
High School Diploma or equivalent, required.
Proficiency in using a variety of tools and equipment safely and effectively.
City of Buffalo Stationary Engineer License, preferred.
