Ensure application of Sulzer Policies, procedures, codes of conduct and best practice guidelines.
Responsibility for supporting in the identification of opportunities for the other Services product lines such as, pump service, parts, retrofits, TS and GTS.
Work together with sub-region management team to develop, lead and drive progress of the strategic plan for the EMS product lines within the sub-region.
Developing long term contracts with customers that promote Sulzer as the go-to service partner for ALL rotating equipment, such as rotating equipment turnaround management.
Developing high level “influence” networks.
Building strong relationships with client organisations focused upon developing a preferential relationship and creating mutually rewarding relationships for both clients and Sulzer.
Input into the sub-region EMS operational plan.
Act as main contact for all business development activities relating to all electromechanical service offerings in Middle East & CIS regions.
Promote a culture for collaboration within the sub-region sales/operations teams and wider regional teams.
Achieving a high level of success in growing order intake / sales revenue by developing winning customer strategies, ensuring the highest quality delivery.
Building strong relationships with existing and new target customers in which the delivery of value-added services and products (including transactional intelligence and development of winning strategies) is at the core of developing a “trusted rotating equipment service provider” relationship with customers.
