

Providing cleanup and restoration services for homes and businesses after disasters.
Core duties include responding quickly to water or fire emergencies, performing restoration tasks such as water extraction, demolition, equipment setup and site cleanup, loading and tracking tools and supplies, communicating clearly with supervisors, teammates and clients, and always following safety standards.
The Restoration Technician role is hands‑on, fast‑paced and varied; one day you may be extracting water from a flooded basement, the next you could be rebuilding after a fire. The job rewards teamwork, physical work, and making a tangible difference in the community.
Ideal candidates have handyman or construction experience, enjoy working outdoors, thrive in a team environment, and are motivated to learn new skills while making a real community impact.
We require a valid driver’s license with a clean record, willingness to work rotating on‑call shifts (including evenings, weekends and holidays), and prior experience in restoration, construction or related fields; IICRC certification is a plus.
The role is physically demanding – you must be able to lift 50 lb regularly (up to 100 lb with assistance), work at heights, in crawl spaces or attics, handle repetitive tasks and be comfortable around cleaning agents.
All offers are contingent upon successful background check and I‑9 verification; each franchise is independently owned and operated, and employees are hired and supervised by the local franchise.
