The role supports the FMS Head with the day‑to‑day operations of the facilities or office, overseeing general maintenance and ensuring activities align with company policies and ownership directives.
The incumbent is responsible for implementing and managing maintenance programs, compiling accurate site documentation, preparing financial and contractual reports, and maintaining compliance with management contracts and vendor agreements.
The role collaborates with service providers, suppliers, internal departments, and other FMS coordinators for data consolidation and cost control, while supporting the FMS team in cost‑control initiatives.
Candidates should have 5‑6 years of relevant experience, including at least 2 years managing F&B and cafeteria services in a large or mid‑scale setting, and hold a graduation degree, preferably in Hotel Management.
