As a Director of Corporate Interior Fit‑outs, you will lead industry‑changing projects, provide agile and strategic leadership, manage projects from start to finish, facilitate critical stakeholder meetings, and apply financial acumen to meet client goals.
You will create an energized, collaborative environment, refine work quality, cultural initiatives, and best practices, and guide your team with procedures and winning strategies to ensure successful project execution.
The role requires a bachelor’s degree in Architecture, Engineering, or Construction Management, at least 15 years of relevant project or construction‑management experience (including sectors such as healthcare, retail, office, development, or banking), proven team‑management experience, strong verbal and written communication skills, and proficiency with project‑management technology tools.
