Help the management team to guide and supervise the other parking valets
Always maintain a neat and orderly location, free of debris and trash, with clean windows void of unapproved company posters or decorative hangings.
And you may be asked by local management to complete small cleaning or maintenance tasks or other special projects.
Issue receipts upon customer's exit, as applicable.
Inspect each vehicle before taking possession and follow company’s standard valet operating procedures.
Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards or any unusual occurrence to the local manager in a timely manner.
Always maintain a neat and clean appearance in adherence to company standards.
Park and retrieving guest vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Impress us all by maintaining the company uniform appearance, cheerfully greeting and thanking guests, resolving issues, and by being an all-around pleasure to be with.
Maintain a pleasant, friendly, and professional demeanor with all guests, co-workers, and clients.
Provide the company’s standards of service with each customer including, stating the company greeting, answering questions, resolving issues, and thanking each customer upon exit.
Ensure all vehicles and keys are organized and in appropriate areas.
Explain parking rates and retrieval procedures to guests upon arrival.
Always cheerfully greet guests and sincerely thank them upon exit.
Report any known accidents or violations of Company policy, safety hazards, or any unusual occurrence to the local manager.
Open all vehicle doors for guests. Assist with luggage when necessary. Open building doors for guests if applicable.
Help the business by inspecting each vehicle before taking possession and following company guidelines.
Park and retrieve customer vehicles in a safe and timely manner.
Assist customers with directions, and other inquiries.
Explain the parking rates and provide instructions for guests to retrieve their self-park vehicles.
Issue ticket to customer upon arrival.

Energetic, outgoing and can stand, run, and carry items, up to 50lbs, if needed.
You have a valid driver's license and have been driving for at least 2 years.
