  • Dashboarding & Automation: Design and implement automated dashboards by integrating diverse data sources to enable real-time monitoring, predictive analytics, and actionable intelligence.
  • Stakeholder & Vendor Engagement: Partner with service owners, application managers, and external providers to align on requirements, enforce control mechanisms, and ensure seamless delivery.
  • Process & Tool Evolution: Continuously refining workflows, tools, and reporting mechanisms to improve operational efficiency, scalability, and sustainability (fit for purpose, fit for use).
  • Advanced Data Governance: Establish robust data quality, consistency, and security standards across all connectivity data sources, enabling trustworthy insights and decisions.
  • Cross Connectivity Service Quality & KPI Management: Define, monitor, and continuously evolve connectivity KPIs and thresholds using AI-driven analytics to ensure service excellence and early anomaly detection.
  • Cross Value Center Escalations: Serve as the single point of contact for Connectivity-related escalations, supporting effective cross–Value Center collaboration and resolution.

  • Proven experience in managing cross-functional IT projects and working with global teams, vendors, and business stakeholders.
  • Strong communication and collaboration skills across cultures and disciplines.
  • Familiarity with ITSM tools (e.g., ServiceNow) and frameworks (e.g., ITIL).
  • 7+ years of experience in IT service delivery, quality assurance, or program management.
  • Proficiency in data visualization tools (e.g., Power BI) and automation. Eager to improve automation skills.
  • Passion for quality, data, automation and sustainable IT solutions.
  • Fluent in English; additional languages (e.g., German) are a plus.
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and make sound decisions under pressure.
  • Excellent stakeholder management and negotiation skills.
