Ensure all procurement activities adhere to company policies, local laws, and international trade regulations.
Prepare Request for Quotations (RFQs), analyze bids, and manage commercial evaluations.
Provide regular procurement and contract status reports to project management.
Support cost control and budgeting efforts through accurate forecasting and procurement tracking.
Ensure compliance with contractual terms and conditions during execution.
Coordinate with engineering team to establish the Package registry.
Draft, review, and manage contracts and subcontracts.
Maintain contract documentation and ensure audit readiness.
Negotiate prices, delivery terms, and contract conditions with suppliers and subcontractors.
Manage contract amendments, variations, and claims in coordination with project and legal teams.
Monitor supplier performance and maintain supplier relationships.
Ensure timely purchase and delivery of materials, equipment, and services.
Coordinate with Project Engineers for scope of work and pricing schedule for all contract work packages established the project.
Coordinate with engineering, project controls, construction, and logistics teams to align procurement and contract deliverables.
Develop and maintain vendor catalog library for the office.
Work closely with legal, finance, and project teams to align procurement strategies with corporate governance.
Develop and execute procurement plans based on project schedules and material requirements.
Identify procurement risks and propose mitigation strategies.

Hands-on experience with complex contract types and global sourcing.
Solid understanding of contract law, commercial terms, and international trade (Incoterms)
Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
Strong negotiation, analytical, and communication skills.
Knowledge of sourcing strategies, market analysis, and vendor development
Ability to work under pressure and in a cross-functional team environment.
High level of attention to detail and accuracy.
5–10 years of experience in procurement and contract management, preferably within the EPCM or construction sector-Mining & Minerals
