  • Coordinates with team members to develop and implement effective technical knowledge transfer to customers, Siemens, and channel personnel.
  • Drives the adoption and integration of advanced motion control technologies to enhance customer competitiveness, accelerate time-to-market, and support Siemens’ growth objectives in the U.S. automation market. Aligns technical solutions with business strategy to deliver measurable value through innovation, efficiency, and customer satisfaction.
  • Assist customers with commissioning machines, debugging complex drives and motion control systems and machine processes, testing and tuning technology functions, and optimizing machine performance.
  • Applies acquired process, product and/or equipment knowledge based on current industry trends, best practices, performance, price and functionality.
  • Facilitates technical communication across departments to ensure seamless integration of solutions, accelerate project timelines, and enhance overall customer experience.
