We don’t just manage projects—we lead them from the front. As a Contracts Manager at Hill, you’ll take full responsibility for delivering multiple residential projects simultaneously, ensuring they are built to programme, to budget, and to the highest safety and quality standards. You’ll be a trusted operational leader, guiding site teams, managing risk, and supporting project performance at every stage. This senior leadership role demands you to drive delivery, motivate people, and ensure every site reflects our values, professionalism, and pride.

Lead multiple projects to safe, on‑time, high‑quality delivery
Embed health, safety and environmental compliance across all sites
Manage programmes, labour levels and supply‑chain performance
Chair subcontractor meetings and monitor progress against schedules
Review drawings for buildability and address technical risks
Maintain site quality and presentation per the Considerate Constructors Scheme
Collaborate with Commercial, Technical and Sales teams to resolve issues
Guide cost control, risk reduction and profit maximisation via value engineering
Approve subcontractor appointments and evaluate performance
Lead handovers and ensure client expectations are consistently met
Communicate clearly with internal teams and external stakeholders
Mentor Site Managers and Trainees, fostering development and high standards
Uphold company policies, model positive leadership and support new business success
