Description

• Taking ownership of planning, procurement, coordination, and consultant inputs to ensure quality delivery.
• Managing client expectations to support satisfaction and build strong, trusted relationships.
• Resolving conflicts, addressing challenges, and mitigating delays to keep projects on track.
• Preparing project reports, updates, and records using TSA Riley systems and templates.
• Collaborating with project teams to support performance, share knowledge, and contribute to a positive team culture.
• Monitoring programme and cost performance, identifying deviations, and supporting corrective actions.
• Tracking project risks, opportunities, and commercial factors, and escalating issues when required.
• Leading meetings, site coordination, and project documentation across assigned workstreams.
• Managing project risk, safety, and compliance practices in line with TSA Riley standards.
• Maintaining clear, responsive communication with clients and delivery partners.
• Contributing to proposals, sector initiatives, and continuous improvement activities.

Many of our projects involve historically significant and listed buildings, so experience in this area would be especially valuable to our team. However, we are open to receiving applicants from candidates with experience strong project management skills on developments in the wider built environment.

• Solid understanding of end-to-end project lifecycles, including procurement, design coordination, delivery, and contract administration.
• Experience working in agile environments and contributing to cross-functional teams.
• A proven track record of working in a construction project management role for a similar consultancy business.
• Excellent stakeholder management and engagement skills with demonstrable experience of working alongside reputable clients on large scale projects and developing successful and lasting partnerships.
• Membership to a relevant professional body such as the CIOB or RICS is desirable.
• Degree qualified in a relevant subject such as Construction Project Management, Engineering or a similar equivalent subject.
• Brings critical thinking and problem-solving skills to support effective project delivery.
• Prior experience of working on historic buildings would be advantageous, but is not essential.
• Known reputation for high-quality work, and collaborative and a collaborative, effective working style.
• Proficiency with digital tools to support reporting, tracking, and documentation.
