Regional Sales Manager

Description

• Develop new dealer territories and strengthen national programs across the U.S.
• Collaborate with engineering, product, and inside sales teams to deliver complete system solutions.
• Support private-brand business by helping national customers develop and scale white-label product lines.
• Sell a complete portfolio of liquid filtration systems, RO and water softening equipment, tanks, pumps, valves, and flow-control products.
• Build long-term relationships with dealers, distributors, specifying engineers, and commercial decision-makers.
• Drive new B2B sales across independent water dealers, OEMs, commercial water treatment groups, and national accounts.
• Represent the company at trade shows, dealer events, and market-specific conferences.
• Play a key part in elevating the performance of a growing team—bringing higher standards, stronger strategy, and leadership-level capability.

Requirements

We’re partnering with a rapidly growing water treatment and liquid filtration manufacturer to recruit a proven Sales Manager / Regional Sales Manager / Business Development Manager. This hire sits at the heart of the company’s next phase of expansion across the U.S. dealer, OEM, and commercial markets.

If you’ve spent your career selling water treatment equipment, softening systems, RO membranes, filtration solutions, tanks, pumps, or dealer-focused water technologies, we want to speak with you.

• Experience selling into dealers, wholesalers, OEMs, or commercial water treatment groups.
• Ability to work independently in a remote environment and travel nationally.
• Strong technical understanding of filtration, water treatment equipment, or process water systems.
• No restrictive non-competes; positive exit history preferred.
• Travel as required (must live near a major airport)
• Strong track record in territory development, account expansion, and new market penetration.
• High commercial IQ able to upsell, cross-sell, and influence complex buying decisions.
• Leadership or team development experience is a plus—particularly for candidates capable of stepping into a senior role if needed.
• Fully remote – open to any U.S. location
• A proven B2B salesperson in water treatment, liquid filtration, RO systems, softening equipment, or related industrial water technologies.

Benefits

• $100,000 base for the Regional Sales Manager level

• Up to $180,000 OTE
• Manager-level opportunities up to $200,000+ total comp
