As a Lead Engineer you will provide leadership and senior‑level engineering and technical expertise on complex electric transmission design projects for high‑voltage (HV) and extra high‑voltage (EHV) overhead utility systems. You will ensure the team meets client requirements, quality and schedule deadlines, while keeping the team engaged and valuing their input. The role is hands‑on, involving line routing, survey coordination, PLS‑CADD modeling, structure and foundation design, clearance checks, plan/profile development, material specification, procurement, constructability evaluations, work order package preparation, permitting, vendor/subcontractor coordination, and construction support.
