Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Abu Dhabi for a Property Advisor specializing in off-plan units. Responsibilities include managing property sales, providing professional investment advice to clients, conducting market research to identify potential opportunities, maintaining strong client relationships, offering comprehensive property management services, and ensuring excellent customer service to meet client expectations effectively. Collaboration with internal teams is also a key part of this role to deliver on business goals.

Requirements

• Knowledge in finance and the ability to analyze market trends, including pricing strategies and financial reports.
• Strong negotiation, interpersonal, and communication skills to build and manage client relationships.
• Knowledge of property management and the ability to execute efficient property solutions.
• Experience in the UAE real estate market is an asset.
• Understanding of investment principles and experience in real estate investments.
• Proficiency in English; additional language skills are an advantage.
• Exceptional customer service skills to address client needs and ensure satisfaction.
• Bachelor’s degree in Real Estate, Business Administration, or related field preferred.
