Engage with various stakeholders to achieve business goals and priorities.
Liaise, with the Technical Operations Manager, Laboratory technicians and control maintenance issues, repairs, procedures, servicing, and calibration of equipment.
Support Technical Team, Field testing team and Sales Team in achieving customer requirements.
Build and maintain effective relationships through regular communications to ensure that we are aiming towards achieving the perfect day for our customers.
Ensure employees comply fully with OH&S requirements and all legislative requirements.
Drive the NATA framework and regulations applicable to the laboratories and ensure all compliance-based objectives are operated within statutory requirements.
Supervise the (Granville and Warabrook) laboratory operations and making decisions that impact the overall performance of the business through budgeting, utilisation, variable expenditure, testing income and profit to be achieved.
