Operate forklifts, overhead cranes, and console cranes in line with training and competency requirements
Carry out tandem and synchronised lifts
Continuously check and monitor lift activities with exceptional attention to detail
Organise and plan lifts in accordance with manufacturer operating procedures
Ensure all personnel are positioned safely during lifting operations
Follow Siemens safety policies, work procedures, lift plans, and quality standards
Confirm all relevant team members understand the task before work begins
Inspect cranes and lifting equipment daily and report any faults or issues
Stop any lift immediately if unsafe conditions are observed and report concerns

Strong time management and organisational abilities
Strong knowledge of LOLER regulations
Experience working shift patterns, including night shifts
Ability to perform Service Operative duties
Excellent communication skills
A Crane Operator License (advantageous)
Experience operating overhead cranes with loads of 50 tons or more
Forklift truck license
A valid CPCS card for Mobile Cranes (Blue card preferred)
Proven experience operating overhead/gantry and console cranes, along with other lifting machinery
