Collaborate cross-functionally with accounting, operations, and FP&A teams to drive continuous improvement and operational efficiency.
Review and validate analytical findings to ensure they are actionable, consistent, and aligned with business priorities.
Support the regional budgeting and forecasting processes, including financial modeling, variance analysis, and ROI evaluations for projects and initiatives.
Support strategic planning and investment decisions with clear financial rationale and risk/return insights.
Contribute to due diligence and financial integration efforts in support of mergers and acquisitions, as needed.

Exceptional communication, leadership, and relationship-building skills with the ability to partner across all levels of the business.
Experience in a construction or project-based industry highly preferred.
Minimum 7+ years of progressive financial management experience, including leadership of regional or multi-entity operations.
Experience in a private equity-backed or fast-paced, multi-site organization a strong advantage.
This position will be based on-site in Grand Prairie, Texas. We are not offering relocation assistance at this time and prefer candidates who already are within the Grand Prairie, TX metro area. This is NOT a hybrid or remote position.
Strong proficiency in Power BI, advanced Excel, and ERP systems (experience validating system data integrity preferred).
Proven expertise in month-end close, treasury management, and working capital optimization.
Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or related field; CPA and/or MBA preferred.
