Familiarity with SCADA, HMI, and protection system integration into broader OT environments.
Experience with digital substations and software-defined automation systems.
Significant and demonstrated experience in power system protection, relay configuration, and application engineering, typically gained over 5–10 years
Bachelor's Degree in Electrical Engineering, Power Systems Engineering, or equivalent work experience.
Hands-on experience with protection relays from vendors such as GE, Siemens, SEL, ABB, Schneider, or equivalent.
Deep understanding of protection principles: distance, differential, overcurrent, busbar, transformer, and line protection.
Proven experience supporting utility or industrial protection systems (transmission, distribution, generation, or rail).
Prior involvement in new product introduction (NPI) or product lifecycle management.
Knowledge of embedded or PC-based protection/control systems.
Certifications such as Six Sigma, Fastworks, or equivalent.
Willingness to travel (~25%).
Excellent communication skills, including the ability to present technical solutions to customers and internal stakeholders.
