For low criticality Work Packages, evaluate the need for “out of scope” work in-light of strategic project additional opportunities. Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure no unauthorized work is being conducted. Seek out and secure opportunities for variation orders to increase the project margin.
For low criticality Work Packages, lead progress meetings and project reviews.
Support evaluation and report on project “Estimates to Complete” in accordance with company practices thus providing clarity on cost exposures and future labor needs.
Support the Project Manager in evaluating the need for “out of scope” work in-light of strategic project additional opportunities. Enforcing policies and procedures to ensure no unauthorized work is being conducted. Seek out and secure opportunities for variation orders to increase the project margin.
Understand the project contract requirements for forecasting & reporting as required by the project to the customer.
For low criticality Work Packages work with Department Managers to review resource requirements (such as LFR, etc) and assist in managing and addressing cost overrun / underruns.
Support the Project Manager in implementing and managing projects related to Urban Rail Signaling in accordance with contractual requirements and company processes. Contribute to overall performance/schedule compliance, cash flow and budget of the project while ensuring quality and safety standards are maintained.
Support review and input to the project register. For low criticality Work Packages, be accountable for decisions on expenditures of mitigation actions to support the most advantageous option for the company and project’s benefit and success.
For Low Criticality Work Packages, prepare and present progress report and associated KPIs
For low criticality Work Packages, lead the team to create an appropriately detailed schedule and then use that schedule and critical path to manage the execution of the project.

3 to 5 years of experience in Project/Operational Management Experience.
PMP/IPMA Certification is preferred.
Display strong communications skills ensuring clarity with the project team and external stakeholders (e.g. customer, subcontractors etc.)
Completed Bachelor’s degree / Master’s in project management or related fields
Experience in Rail & Transit Experience is essential.
