The Dock & Door Technician, known as a Service Professional, serves as the frontline of Miner’s preventative and emergency response services, delivering technical solutions across a variety of customer environments. Technicians troubleshoot and repair doors, loading‑dock equipment, and related systems while maintaining strong customer interaction and autonomous field work.
Miner offers four career levels for Service Professionals—Apprentice (Level I), Service Professional (Level II), Senior (Level III), and Expert (Level IV)—allowing technicians to start where their current skills align and advance as they gain experience. Each level builds on mechanical, electrical, and hydraulic troubleshooting expertise, with the Expert level requiring at least eight years of relevant experience.
