Experience in procurement or quantity surveying within construction or building services projects.
CIPS Level 4, RICS, CIOB accredited degree or equivalent (desired).

Solid understanding of strategic procurement and the procurement lifecycle.
Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
