- Assist with new product/design layouts of both our marketing suite furniture and bedroom furniture as required
- Provide technical support to BD Living sales and installations teams to ensure Bedroom Furniture installations are in line with Barratt Group requirements
- Produce material cutting lists for Group house-types requiring fitted wardrobes
- Produce technical cuttings lists and associated paperwork in line with required timescales, and identify standard and bespoke products and processes as required for the installation of furniture
- Share technical skills and processes with internal teams as appropriate, and take ownership of specific technical tasks/requirements within the technical team.
- Provide a professional and efficient service for installation of products to the department's internal teams and to Barratt Group teams as required

- Experience in furniture design/manufacture would be beneficial as well as processing production orders and creating Bill of Materials for wardrobe manufacture
- Experience in interpreting/referencing architectural/technical drawings of house-type layouts and scaling off drawings would be beneficial
- Must have excellent organisation and communication skills.
- Experience of using CAD or similar drawing packages would be beneficial.
- Must be able to work independently or within a team
- Experience in creating furniture layouts would be beneficial
