Project Management: Oversee multiple projects from concept to completion. You will be responsible for developing project timelines, allocating resources, managing budgets, and ensuring all deadlines are met.
Overnight Setups: As needed, you will be required to work overnight shifts to manage the setup and takedown of events and installations, ensuring minimal disruption to airport operations and passenger flow.
Sales and Business Development: Actively sell and manage the booking of venue spaces for corporate events, product launches, and other special functions. You will be responsible for client engagement, contract negotiation, and ensuring a smooth and successful event for the client.
Experience Management & Creation: Work closely with the manager and a diverse range of internal and external stakeholders to manage existing facilities and implement new ideas that elevate the Changi Experience. You will be responsible for creating memorable moments for passengers, ensuring their journey through the airport is seamless and engaging. Planning, coordinating, and executing a variety of events, ranging from small-scale activations to large, high-profile installations. This includes managing all logistical aspects, from vendor relationships and budget oversight to on-site coordination.

Candidates with experience in creative fields such as design, marketing, or arts management are highly encouraged to apply.
