Description

• Manage client relationships as the primary point of contact for stakeholders.
• Oversee remediation projects, ensuring compliance with regulations, SOPs, budgets, and schedules.
• Prepare and submit deliverables to multiple regulatory agencies.
• Collaborate with internal teams to secure technical support.
• Build and lead dedicated project teams to meet project requirements.
• Support construction‑focused execution in coordination with the Oil and Gas division.
• Track budgets, forecast financials, and handle invoicing.
• Ensure adherence to stringent health and safety requirements.
• Attend client‑sponsored safety meetings and implement procedural changes.

Requirements

The position reports on‑site in Broomfield, CO and includes responsibilities such as client relationship management, project planning and execution within regulatory and budgetary constraints, and coordination with technical and construction teams. Candidates must demonstrate at least six years of relevant experience, strong leadership and communication skills, and familiarity with safety regulations and project management tools.

• Possess 6+ years of project management experience in environmental or oil & gas industries.
• Demonstrate strong organizational, leadership, and multitasking abilities.
• Exhibit excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient with project management tools, safety regulations, and SOPs.
• Ability to coach, train, and inspire high‑performing teams.
