As a Field Brand Ambassador, you will engage potential customers through direct, in‑person outreach in retail locations and local events. You will introduce the company’s remodeling services and special offers, generate interest, and schedule free in‑home product demonstrations without the pressure to sell. This role represents one of the highest‑rated brands in the industry and serves as a stepping‑stone to a future career in management or sales.
No prior experience is required, though it is a plus, because the company provides full training. Ideal candidates are self‑motivated, naturally outgoing, well‑spoken, and eager to learn sales and marketing strategies. Availability for afternoon and weekend shifts (10 am‑6 pm, Wednesday‑Sunday) is essential.
The compensation package includes a base hourly wage plus uncapped performance bonuses, with average first‑year earnings ranging from $50,000 to $70,000 and top representatives earning $80,000 or more. New hires can also receive a sign‑on bonus of up to $3,000, PTO from day one, and comprehensive medical, dental, and vision benefits. Both full‑time and part‑time positions are available.
