What you would be doing
- Develop, Design, Review, and Edit Communications. Work with subject matter experts (SMEs) to design and edit employee communications content based on our benefit plans and current initiatives.
- Engagement with employees through the Employee Benefits hotline and email inbox, including the intake of calls and emails, troubleshooting the request, and distributing to the SME for resolution.
- Assist in the analysis and administration of compensation programs, including salary surveys, market research, and job evaluations.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data related to compensation and benefits to support decision-making and strategy development.
- Support the benefits team in the management and evaluation of employee benefits programs, including health insurance, retirement plans, and wellness initiatives.
- Participate in various Employee Benefits & Compensation Projects.
