Monitors spending to ensure that expenses are consistent with approved budgets. Analyzes expenditures and other financial information. Analyzes warranties for violations and to ensure that the warranty is supported by the established provisions.

Provides information to the appropriate Contracting Office on the warranty program. Recommends corrective measures to improve performance of the warranty program.
Develops and implements a warranty program for the rail system equipment used to support metro rail operations. Directs investigations to verify and resolve customer or shipper complaints.
Maintains operations records of specific warranties and items covered by these provisions.
