Interns will work closely with internal leaders to understand the home‑building industry, Meritage’s business model, and an assigned functional area such as construction, land, marketing, operations, purchasing, finance, or human resources. They will translate classroom knowledge into practice, participate in cross‑functional projects, present real‑world recommendations to senior leadership, and author a paper on their experience or a related topic.
Candidates must demonstrate integrity, a positive attitude, passion for work, a win‑oriented mindset, and a commitment to inclusivity.
