Solve complex problems, assist project managers, and collaborate across disciplines to produce our clients’ visions for the future built environment.
Contribute to the site planning, urban and landscape design, and graphic and technical production.
Utilize technical software programs on a regular basis to analyze, produce, and QC deliverables for our clients.
Develop familiarity with the federal, state, and local regulations, as well as Kimley-Horn’s and our client’s practices, procedures, and standards.

Tracking and reporting firm-wide GHG emissions (Scope 1, 2, and 3) in Corporate Responsibility Report
Operating initiatives: green leasing, green purchasing, fleet energy-efficiency, electronic review, virtual meetings, regional Sustainability Champions coordinating recycling/composting and cleanup/tree-planting activities
Client services include measuring emissions baselines, implementing GHG mitigation and decarbonization strategies, life cycle assessments, EPD use, net-zero and carbon-neutral planning
Utilize green checklists for office site selection (efficiency, transit/EV/bike access) and procurement (recycled/remanufactured products, end-of-life management)

Inclusion & Diversity

Recruit diverse workforce, reduce unconscious bias, fund STEM volunteer activities for underrepresented groups, support transparency and report metrics.
D&I Committee comprised of HR director, recruiting lead, Board rep, at‑large member, plus seven regional reps.
Support ERGs: Black Kimley‑Horn Network, KHAPI (Asian Pacific Islander), Military KHonnections, Pride KHonnect, Unidos @ KH, Women @ KH.
