Physical Requirements: Extensive mobility and good physical condition. Must be able to perform the physical functions of the position, which may include, but are not limited to: ability to stand and walk for 4 hours straight or up to a full 8-hour day, including flights of stairs and sit for extended periods, kneel and bend at the waist. Must be able to lift a minimum of 40 lbs. to facilitate vacuuming, moving office furniture, and lifting of supplies.

Tolerance to all extremes of hot and cold weather (below 0 and above 100 degrees) frequently for extended periods of time
