- Degree-qualified in a relevant marine geoscience or geophysics or oceanography subject
- Offshore survey experience is essential
- Skilled in technical and non-technical writing, and verbal communication
- Experience with ESRI Arc Map/ArcGIS Pro or QGIS, and specialist geoscience software programs, such as IHS Kingdom, SonarWiz or Moga Seaview
- Strong understanding of the marine hydrodynamic environment and sediment transport processes
- Keen to learn and develop current skills within a diverse team of subject matter experts within an international company
- Experienced in interpreting hydrographic and geophysical data, including sub-bottom profiler
- Strong understanding of offshore geophysical acquisition equipment and techniques
- Experience in writing chapters for Environmental Impact Assessments is desired
