- Proficiency with OpenRoads Designer is essential; experience with MicroStation, Civil 3D, and related tools is an asset.
- Understanding of engineering design workflows and bid preparation processes.
- Eagerness to learn, grow, and contribute to challenging transportation design projects.
- Bachelor’s degree in civil engineering and registered as an Engineer-in-Training (EIT) in Ontario (or eligible).
- 2–4 years of relevant experience in civil/transportation engineering, with exposure to Ontario highway or roadway design projects.

- Knowledge of MTO, Metrolinx, or municipal design standards is a strong plus.
