Appuyer les chargés de projets et les contrôleurs de projet dans le cadre du suivi administratif des projets;
Participer à la production d’offres de services;
Organiser des réunions;
Appuyer les gestionnaires et les membres de l’équipe dans l’application des processus de la gestion de la qualité;
Assurer la gestion documentaire et le suivi des correspondances dans le cadre de projets d’études, de conception détaillée et de surveillance;
Consigner et préparer les comptes rendus de rencontres de projet;

Excellentes compétences en français à l’oral et à l’écrit;
Capacité à travailler tant en équipe que de manière individuelle;
Connaissance de la documentation du MTMD (devis type, formulaires, gabarits etc.);
Prime de recommandation pour référence de candidat;
Une formation en bureautique ou en secrétariat, ou avoir une combinaison d’au moins 3 ans d’expérience équivalente sur le marché du travail;
Poste régulier à temps plein: 37,5 h/semaine;
Excellentes habiletés en communication et en service à la clientèle;
Rédiger, corriger, mettre en forme et distribuer des livrables techniques ainsi qu’administratifs (plans de travail, rapports, lettres, devis, compte-rendu, etc.) de manière à assurer leur conformité aux exigences;
Excellente maîtrise de la suite MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint et Outlook).
Bilinguisme, français et anglais, oral et écrit (atout).
Personne autonome, dynamique, débrouillarde et méticuleuse;
Contribuer à la production de présentations PowerPoint et d’échéanciers avec MS Project;
