Description

Reporting directly to the Account Manager, the representative provides support by contacting customers and vendors to ensure timely submission of required documents. The role demands outstanding communication and documentation skills.

• Follow up on open work orders to obtain required documentation promptly.
• Take initiative to gather necessary information to move work orders forward.
• Prioritize work as needed and respond to changes in work order status based on urgency.
• Answer phone calls and handle incoming faxes.
• Enter accurate, complete notes in the system regarding correspondence with customers and subcontractors.
• Relay work orders, messages, or information between technicians and supervisors.
• Update customer web‑based portals.
• Maintain strong attention to detail.

Requirements

Candidates must possess excellent verbal communication, strong writing and information‑gathering abilities, and the capacity to work independently. They should be organized, able to manage multiple work orders, flexible to learn new tasks, and detail‑oriented.
