Pick and fulfill tool orders from request forms, walk-ins, and phone calls
Maintain clean, organized workspaces across the warehouse and external shop areas
Load, unload, and organize tools and gear across warehouse zones and storage yards
Inspect, service, and perform minor repairs on a wide range of hand tools and light equipment — including drills, grinders, nail guns, generators, pressure washers, and more
Conduct incoming/outgoing inspections to ensure tools are safe, functional, and ready for deployment
Coordinate external repairs and recertifications for torque wrenches, fall protection gear, and other specialized equipment
Work with a wide variety of tools and equipment that support major construction projects

Physically capable of lifting up to 80 lbs, climbing ladders up to 20 ft, and working in varied field conditions
Concrete and demolition hammers

Experience with tools such as:
Cordless and corded drills, impact drivers
Valid Class 5 Driver’s License with clean abstract
Able to safely secure loads, operate around forklifts and service vehicles, and follow proper body mechanics for lifting and handling
Strong familiarity with construction-grade tools and equipment — you’ve used them, not just moved them
Portable generators, air compressors, pressure washers
Minimum 2 years of experience in a trade or tool-intensive role — such as carpenter, carpenter’s helper, equipment technician, or tool rental associate
