Responsible for all IT infrastructure, compliance, and administrative operations.
Support change management processes and perform compliance audits.

Drive continuous improvement in processes, reporting, and monitoring.
Collaborate with global and local third-party vendors to manage IT infrastructure services.

Proficient in ServiceNow to ensure timely resolution of incidents.
Have a Bachelor’s degree in IT, Business, or a related field
Proactive and collaborative mindset with a focus on continuous improvement
Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team environment
Good knowledge of Microsoft Azure, Microsoft 365, networking and on-premises services (Microsoft Certified: Azure Administrator or similar certifications would be an advantage)
Good communication skills with the ability to explain complex technical issues in simple terms
Have experience with audit and compliance frameworks such as SOX or J-SOX
