Architectural registration required with current license, NCARB registration desired and LEED Green Associate Accreditation desired.
Bachelor’s Degree in Architecture or equivalent in education or experience.
5-10 years of experience in architectural practice as a project architect with RECENT Multifamily or hospitality project experience is highly preferred.
Experience putting document packages together;
must be proficient in Revit
High-rise and midrise experience preferred (concrete and wood framed projects)
Experience directing at lease one other team member.
Must have excellent organizational and multi-tasking skills, ability to work effectively in a team atmosphere, and meet deadlines.
