LabView Programming Engineer

• Develop custom drivers for hardware components (YMMV on vendor supplied drivers)
• Collaborate with cross-functional engineering teams to ensure seamless system integration and testing
• Design and implement control, operation and calibration functionalities using LabVIEW
• Develop, integrate, and maintain manufacturing test fixtures for semiconductor equipment.
• Perform onsite system integration, validation, and troubleshooting at customer facilities in Ann Arbor or Boston area.
• Contribute to long-term support and enhancement of deployed test systems

Work Experience

• Understanding of signal conditioning, measurement systems and calibration techniques.
• Strong proficiency in LabVIEW programming, including development, debugging, and optimization
• Knowledge of calibration algorithms, data acquisition systems, or signal processing.
• Background in semiconductor equipment or industrial automation domains.
• Experience in hardware interfacing (e.g., motion controllers, sensors, actuators, power supplies, or DAQ systems).
• Willingness to work onsite at customer locations in the US for an extended duration
• Certified LabVIEW Developer (CLD) or Certified LabVIEW Architect (CLA) certification
• Familiarity with test fixture development and manufacturing test automation.
• Strong communication and collaboration skills for working in multi-site teams.
• Excellent debugging, problem-solving and documentation skills.

Compensation decisions are made based on factors including experience, skills, education, and other job-related factors, in accordance with our internal pay structure. We also offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and retirement plan.

Pay Range: 100,000/Annum to 150,000/Annum
