Ensure team maintain CBRE’s ISAE3402 control standard, along with any Client required control frameworks;
Signing and approvals with adherence to the payments policy
Identify and implement process improvements
Primary contact for the internal and external stakeholders to ensure delivery of service charge work in line with RICS and ICAEW guidelines.
Manage poor performers / disciplinary with guidance from HR as and when required;
Complete talent mapping, ensuring personal development plans and succession planning are in place across the team;
Identify and rectify any training gaps across the Service Charge Team and ensure a plan is implemented
Completion of monthly KPI and SLA reporting for management and clients
Matrix management of our offshore budget team to ensure delivery is achieved against both internal and external SLA’s
Attending client pitches and presentations
Ensure annual and midyear appraisal cycles performed across full team;
Direct management of the Service Charge team workload to ensure delivery against both internal and external SLAs
Work closely and supporting other Property Accounting Teams to provide exceptional outcomes to our client.
Work with our third party accountants to ensure delivery against our KPI and contract
