Strong understanding of structural detailing, construction sequencing, and contractor-focused design
Background producing drawings for reinforced concrete, formwork layouts, shoring, or temporary works
Ability to translate engineering sketches and concepts into clear, accurate drawings and 3D models
3+ years of experience in structural, formwork, or concrete CAD drafting
Exposure to innovative construction methods and advanced engineering workflows
Strong proficiency in AutoCAD; experience with Revit or Civil 3D is a plus
Excellent communication skills and ability to collaborate with engineers, project managers, and field teams
