The HSE Executive Account Management – IFM role in India leads daily property operations, managing client activities for assigned facilities while implementing health, safety, and environment (HSE) procedures and performance measures to ensure compliance and continuous improvement.
You will build strong relationships with clients, proactively meet their expectations, and act as the main point of contact for any facilities‑related concerns, ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.
The role includes overseeing the site’s budget, accounting, and financial operations, as well as coordinating with vendors and suppliers to guarantee contract compliance, quality work practices, and adherence to the procurement process.
As a team leader, you will support staff growth through training and coaching, promote a collaborative culture, maintain performance excellence, and ensure trust, ethics, and motivation across the team.
The ideal candidate has six to eight years of facilities or related experience, a NEBOSH or industrial safety diploma, solid background in contract management, budget supervision, and stakeholder engagement, and possesses strong analytical, problem‑solving, verbal, and written communication skills.
