Manage project execution while adhering to all applicable local, state and federal regulations and guidelines
Conduct sampling collections at facility emissions points in potentially adverse conditions, including poor weather and heights
Prepare supporting documentation, such as, proposals, test protocols, and other compliance reports
Serve as the leader of the office testing staff - manage staff, approve timesheets and expenses, monitor financial performance, participate in business development, assess capital needs, create and approve purchase orders, manage the schedule, and collaborate with the other Group Managers.
Lead in-field teams on correct and appropriate emissions testing practices and procedures
Set up equipment or stations to monitor and collect pollutants from sites, such as smokestacks, manufacturing plants, or mechanical equipment
Monitor emission control devices to ensure they are operating properly and comply with state and federal regulations
Record test data and prepare reports, summaries, or charts that interpret test results

Travel up to 50% as needed to various locations throughout the US
Previous experience leading teams in the field

Intermediate proficiency in Word, Excel, and Adobe
Familiarity with EPA Methods
Ability to regularly lift and carry up to 50lbs
Previous experience managing staff
Successful completion of all required training
Thorough understanding of EPA Methods 1-5, 6C, 7E, 10
Familiarity with accounting practices and business plans
Have high attention to detail, especially as related to safety and quality
Previous experience scheduling staff and resources
Experience performing CEMS RATA's (40 CFR 60/75)
Experience in air emissions testing (stack testing)
Unencumbered US driver's license and a clean driving record
QI certification in Groups I, II, III, IV
Able to safely traverse ladders, stairs, etc. daily
