Install Coordinator

Description

We are looking for an Install Coordinator to join our team! This role involves overseeing project timelines for HVAC and electrical installations, ensuring clear communication between customers, installation crews, subcontractors, and internal teams. Key responsibilities include coordinating schedules, managing project quality, preparing customers for installation steps, tracking project progress, and assisting with administrative tasks like pulling permits, managing purchase orders, and tracking job costs. The coordinator will also assist with data entry, payment collection, and accounts receivable, ensuring a smooth experience for both customers and internal teams.

• Oversee project timelines for HVAC and electrical installations.
• Coordinate schedules and ensure clear communication among customers, crews, subcontractors, and internal teams.
• Manage project quality and prepare customers for installation steps.
• Track project progress, pull permits, manage purchase orders, and monitor job costs.
• Perform data entry, payment collection, and accounts receivable tasks.
