  • Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
  • Design workflows, equipment layouts, and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
  • Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
  • Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
  • Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
  • Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
  • Specify and select appropriate machinery and tools.
  • Cost Savings: Identifying waste and inefficiencies to lower production costs.
  • Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
  • Lead or support projects related to process upgrades, new product introductions, or facility expansions.
  • Safety & Compliance: Designing processes that meet safety and environmental standards.
  • Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
  • Use statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC) to drive process improvements.
  • Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
  • Quality Assurance: Ensuring consistent product quality through robust process control.
  • Maintain detailed records of process changes, test results, and performance metrics.
