- Coordinate with cross-functional teams including R&D, production, and quality assurance.
- Design workflows, equipment layouts, and process flow diagrams (PFDs).
- Develop and optimize manufacturing processes for efficiency and cost-effectiveness.
- Collaborate with maintenance teams to ensure equipment reliability and uptime.
- Conduct risk assessments and implement safety protocols.
- Ensure processes meet quality standards and regulatory requirements.
- Specify and select appropriate machinery and tools.
- Cost Savings: Identifying waste and inefficiencies to lower production costs.
- Ensure compliance with environmental regulations and sustainability goals.
- Lead or support projects related to process upgrades, new product introductions, or facility expansions.
- Safety & Compliance: Designing processes that meet safety and environmental standards.
- Analyze production data to identify trends, inefficiencies, and areas for improvement.
- Use statistical tools (e.g., Six Sigma, SPC) to drive process improvements.
- Prepare technical reports and present findings to stakeholders.
- Quality Assurance: Ensuring consistent product quality through robust process control.
- Maintain detailed records of process changes, test results, and performance metrics.
