Support prototype builds, testing, and validation
Participate in design reviews, risk assessments, and configuration management
You’ll design high-performance aerospace components, run complex analyses (FEA/CFD), lead design reviews, partner with cross-functional teams, and support projects from concept through production. Ensure FAA, DoD, and aerospace compliance standards
Support programs throughout the entire lifecycle
Collaborate with manufacturing to optimize designs for production
Create precise 3D models, drawings, and documentation
Perform stress, thermal, and fluid analysis using FEA/CFD tools
Design aerospace structures, mechanisms, and systems (SolidWorks/CATIA/NX)
Strong CAD + FEA/CFD analysis experience
Bachelor’s in Aerospace/Mechanical Engineering (Master’s preferred)
10+ years in aerospace or advanced mechanical design

This role supports advanced engineering work similar to Lockheed-Martin–style projects, while also contributing to innovative industrial and manufacturing programs.
AutoCAD, Creo, or additional engineering software
Familiarity with aerospace materials, GD&T, ASME Y14.5
Experience with certification or defense standards is a plus
Ability to obtain a U.S. Government security clearance
Industrial design exposure (paper mills, plants, etc.)
