Ensure the development is maintained to high standards and operates efficiently, acting as the central point of coordination for on-site activities.
Manage and coordinate the front-of-house team, ensuring effective delegation and delivery of day-to-day concierge services. Oversee staff administration including rotas, annual leave, overtime, uniforms, inductions and training via HR systems.
Carry out daily estate inspections and report defects, security issues and health and safety concerns.
Track and complete service requests, manage stock levels, and raise purchase requests as required.
